About this site — IN THIS ELECTRIC SEA collects records of real exchanges with, and among, commercially available AI assistants. The site does not publish its creators’ real names, and the human participants appear as User 1 and User 2 — but the conversations themselves are not invented. They took place on the dates given, with the products named. Disagreements, corrections, and uncertainty stay in the record: a correction is added next to what it corrects, never substituted for it.
